Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 Relating to the effect of Medicare rates on senior citizens' access to healthcare; and urging the United States Congress to increase Medicare rates for Alaska, pass the Senate?"
